Josh was a great help as I refinanced my home for the first time. I went to a couple of other places to see if refinancing was right for me, and I wouldn't hear back or they'd wouldn't listen to what to what I wanted. Josh was able to help me take some equity out, lower my payments, lower my interest rate, and save me money on the appraisal; it was more than I was looking to get! He was also available nearly all the time, and when he wasn't, he would always promptly get back to me. He helped walk me through this new process and kept me updated on my loan's status. I'm very happy with the loan, the smoothness of the process and Joshua's level of service.
